Aims And Objectives

The main objective of forming this society is to help/assist those people irrespective of their race, religion or nationality who are caught and detained by securities agencies abroad due to one reason or the other. In an ideal world the word 'Human' should suffice and we dont say Indian, Pakistani or any other nationality because this prefix is irrelevant for us. We serve such people and families who having no knowledge of how to avail legal assistance/aid to get relief from the courts of law which are delivering justice outside their territorial jurisdiction and have different language moreover they dont have any relative or well-wisher to provide such legal help in that territory.

 

We provide legal assistance via experience legal team to resolve the issue/dispute and get such people free from detention with the help of local 'lawyers' network of that territory. Our society will also make arrangements seminars/workshops for the awareness of people nationally and internationally that how they could be secured and saved from agent mafia who grab money from them by illuminating a bright future before their eyes which eventually ended up behind bars.
